Guests can feast on delightful dishes like white onion and thyme tart tatin, butternut squash risotto, and beef char sui noodles, transporting them to the vibrant streets of Asia. For those craving comfort food, The Blackbird offers a tantalizing buttermilk chicken schnitzel burger and traditional English classics like fish and chips, as well as a selection of mouthwatering steaks.
The light bites menu, available daily until 5 pm, perfectly complements the global theme with a variety of options such as teriyaki pork belly and nacho cheese dirty fries, Moroccan lamb flatbread, and a crispy spiced chickpea and couscous salad.
