Wellbeing-focused student living provider, Nurtur Student Living, has been selected as a ‘Best Small Operator’ finalist based on its extremely positive student feedback in the latest Global Student Living survey.
When asked to score the overall management of Nurtur, 86% of respondents selected very good/good, with 66% agreeing there is a strong sense of community, and 69% stating there was a positive impact on their wellbeing at home in our buildings – both are figures higher than average benchmarks.
With its focus on the health and wellbeing of its residents, Nurtur Student Living creates spaces for students to learn and thrive and environments that feel safe and fun, through its careful design and planning and its community-feel and busy events calendar.
The communal spaces in Nurtur’s buildings appear particularly popular with residents, with 87% rating the facilities as very good/good, including a roof top terrace, cinema room, and onsite gymnasium.

The awards are particularly important to the sector, due to the way in which selections are made from direct student feedback.
Winners will be announced at the Global Student Living Live conference later this year.
