Next Tuesday on the 14th of March Swift will be coming to Manchester’s renowned Blinker Bar! No.5 in London and No.30 in the world, Swift will be taking over the amazing Blinker Bar for one-day takeover.
The collaboration will see UK’s leading cocktail destinations come together and celebrate their award-winning methods and exceptional service in a one-day takeover.
The day will see both bars present an exclusive menu featuring Swift’s irresistible Kinsale Coffee. Made with Jameson Black Barrel, Peanut Butter, Coconut, Oat Cream and Demerara this warming beauty is the perfect tipple to see us through a cold March evening. The cocktail menu is open to all tastes with drinks like the Banker’s Punch, a short, fresh and juicy expression. Folklore an effervescent, delicate and bright tipple using made with Jamerson black barrel, rhubarb, Aperol, lime and prosecco and Mona Taylor a spicy and sharp cocktail offering. The collaboration will see the synergy of both bars to profile high-quality ingredients and focused flavour profiles.
The event will run from 16:00 – 21:00 PM and bookings are recommended.
