Manchester Arndale is delighted to announce that Premier League champions Manchester City will be moving into the former Pink unit.
The club’s new store – due to open Friday 26th May – will cater for its army of fans across the city offering merchandise ranging from the team kits, including the recently release 2023/24 home kit, and training apparel, to hats, scarfs, and memorabilia.
To further celebrate the opening and recent league title win, the Premier League trophy will be proudly on display in the store from 9am on Friday until 6pm on Sunday, allowing fans to have their photo taken with the iconic silverware after last weekend’s victory. In addition to the trophy, customers at the store this weekend will have also have access to exciting giveaways and be some of the first fans to experience the new digital activities within the store, including the ‘Meet the Players’ interactive video wall.
Manchester City’s new club shop will sit alongside Manchester Arndale’s popular sports and leisure stores such as Footlocker and JD Sports, as well as Sports Direct’s newly opened flagship store in the former BHS unit.
Set to be a major driver of footfall for the centre, Manchester City’s arrival follows a string of new retail lettings at Manchester Arndale to popular brands such as MINISO, Gilly Hicks, Clarks, and Flying Tiger. The centre has also welcomed new F&B arrivals Slim Chickens, Kokoro and Jamaica Blue, helping to cement its reputation as a truly diverse retail destination.
