Viper Announces Plans To Roll Out Buy At Your Table App For Hospitality Industry
The team behind Viper, the revolutionary Manchester nightlife app has today announced plans to roll-out a new ‘buy at your table’ web-app as a direct response to the hospitality industry gearing up to re-open venues from the 4th July.
The web-app, is designed to allow venues to adhere to social distancing guidelines, and enables anyone with an iPhone or Android phone to order food and drinks from their table without the hassle of downloading.
Specifically targeted at bars, restaurants, cafes and other hospitality venues across the UK, customers will be able to order and pay for food and drinks in real-time, without leaving their seat, reducing lengthy queues and allowing the continuation of the Government’s social distancing measures.
With the hospitality industry a casualty of the Covid-19 pandemic, Viper, a home-grown Manchester brand itself, has also pledged its support to Manchester independents and will use their technology to help get businesses back up and running, complete with no set-up costs.
Craig Davies and Stephen Powell, Co-founders of the award winning Viper app have over three years experience in working together in creating and working in hospitality technology and are resolute about restoring the hospitality industry to its former glory, with the new web-app a passion project for them both.
Craig Davies, Co-Founder of Viper said: “It’s been absolutely heartbreaking to see an industry we love suffering due to the recent effects of Covid-19. We really want to help as many venues as we possibly can get back up and running and this new technology will allow us to do this in a very real way, enabling customers and staff to stay safe whilst comply with social distancing measures.
Stephen Powell, Co-Founder of Viper added: “During lockdown we’ve been listening and understanding from venues directly what they will need in-order to reopen in a successful and streamline way which reduces stress on staff and allows everyone to remain safe, something we have taken onboard when creating this web-app.”
Alongside the rolling-out of the new web-app, the existing Viper app available for download on iPhone or Android will also allow customers to pre-book tables and pre-drinks at its current portfolio of bars including Manahatta, Dirty Martini, Impossible and BLVD.
Further details surrounding the new web-app, including its name, co-founders and launch date will be released ahead of its launch in July. For further information please visit: https://www.vipernights.com/
