Shoppers in Leeds are in for a sweet surprise at Trinity Leeds this summer as the shopping centre dishes out free pick ‘n’ mix from a super-sized DJ booth.
Every day from 12th August, Trinity Leeds will host ‘Pick Your Mix’ – with super-sized DJ decks being installed underneath the main atrium, where guests can listen to top summer tunes and fill up goody bags with sweet treats to take home, choosing from 40 varieties – from flying saucers and foam shrimps to bonbons, milk bottles and gummy bears.
A giant 4-metre-high arch way filled with giant sweets will also make the perfect selfie spot for guests.
Steven Foster, Centre Director at Trinity Leeds, said: “There’s a super sweet surprise in store for shoppers as we’re celebrating the summer in style with live DJs, music, selfie spots, silent discos and pick ‘n’ mix.
“We always like to mix it up at Trinity Leeds and our ‘Pick Your Mix’ events will be an ideal summer treat for our guests.”
Guests can choose from three different playlists to listen to, from ‘Sweet Rock’ – packed with rock ‘n’ roll tunes – to ‘Fizzy Pop’ for a pop party theme, or ‘Sour Beats’ for some of the best Ibiza anthems.
The ‘Pick Your Mix’ events will be held outside Marks and Spencer every day from August 12th to 28th, from 10.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
