The North-West’s favourite family friendly festival, Deva Fest, is making its return this year to Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire, between the 8th and 11th of August, and its set to have its ‘best line up yet’.

Following on from last year’s success, where Deva Fest welcomed more than 15,000 attendees across the three-day weekend, the top-rated event is excited to bring festival goers another jam-packed weekend full of amazing music, food, and entertainment for the whole family.

Friday features rising Country/pop star Harleymoon Kemp, electronic duo Utah Saints and Symphonic Ibiza are back for 2024, reimagining the dance classics of the White Isle with renowned DJ Andy Joyce, conductor Steve Etherington and a full-scale orchestra.

The unmistakable rock/indie sounds of The Coral will complete Friday’s headliners with the ultimate crowd pleasers such as ‘Pass it On’ and ‘Dreaming of You’.

Saturday is set to showcase pop classics, with the tribute band, Oasis Ltd, and The Amy Winehouse Band will be reimagining the great singer’s work with her original musicians. Brit pop boy band East-17 will bring the 90s tunes back, and X-Factor starlet, Rebecca Ferguson, will be singing her smash hits such as ‘Nothing’s Real but Love’, ‘Glitter and Gold’ and ‘Shoulder to Shoulder’.

The Human League, the band behind a series of iconic ‘80s anthems such as ‘Don’t You Want Me’, ‘Together in Electric Dreams’ and ‘Human’ will finish the Saturday night line up with a bang!

Festival favourites, Foo Fighterz, will return on Sunday as well as a performance from Award Winning Blues/Rock band When Rivers Meet. Brit Pop legends Sleeper will play along with punk princess Toyah Willcox & husband Robert Fripp, rocking out the big top with some classics.

Ocean Colour Scene will bring the festival to a close with the soundtrack to the ‘90s including ‘The Day we Caught the Train’, ‘The Riverboat Song’, and ‘Hundred-Mile-High City’.

The Sensus Dance stage will return for those wanting to make shapes, along with the Deva Laughs comedy club showcasing the best in national and local talent.

This year, Deva Fest is introducing a fourth night to the festival, Thursday 8th August. This is a new addition allowing campers to arrive early to the festival, with performances on the Heart and Soul Stage, including singer and songwriter, Tom Speight.

Phil Marston, Founder of Deva Fest, said: “We’re so excited Deva Fest is back at Cholmondeley Castle for 2024. After the huge success last year, we didn’t think we’d be able to top it, but we’re confident this is our best line-up yet.

“We’re delighted to have already sold thousands of tickets in our pre-sale and it’s great to see so many people will be returning to the festival for the fourth time. Deva Fest aims to bring you a festival that has top quality musicians and comedians, fantastic street food and drink from local vendors, and entertainment the whole family can enjoy together.

“Our free-to ride fairground is returning once again as is the Sailor’s Rest with a residency from popular Sea Shanty band Old Time Sailors, and there’s a wider range of ticket and payment options available to make the festival even more accessible to all.”

Deva Fest, now in its fourth year, is hosting the event for the second year at Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire. 2024 sees the introduction of the Family One ticket, providing families with one child a better discount on individual ticket prices.

Single night camping tickets, as well as day, weekend, and a range of camping options, are available to purchase, with guests being able to secure any package for £50 paying the balance off in instalments.

Ticketholders will be able to access shuttle buses from nearby towns, including Ellesmere Port, Chester, Wrexham, Rossett, Gresford, Tarporley, Tattenhall, & Holt. On-site parking is offered all weekend for those travelling to the venue by car.

More artists are yet to be announced to the line-up, as well as some brand-new festival features for 2024.

Deva Fest will run from 8th to 11th August, and day tickets are now on sale with the option to purchase weekend camping and glamping tickets.
