Fresh off the successful relaunch of nearby venue The George, the local hospitality team behind Murphy’s Tavern continues its major investment into Crosby’s night-time economy with the official opening of “The Snug” today, Saturday 3rd October.
Located at the popular Moor Lane venue, The Snug marks an exciting new phase of growth for Murphy’s Tavern.
Designed to capture the warm, intimate character of traditional Irish pubs, the new space offers guests a relaxed, cozy atmosphere—ideal for quiet pints, great food, and catching up with friends away from the main sports and live entertainment floor. This expansion represents another significant vote of confidence in Crosby Village by the independent group, following their recent transformation and reopening of The George, and reaffirms their commitment to building a vibrant social hub for the local community.
