Tom Stade is set to bring his latest stand-up show to audiences across the North of England, with a string of dates stretching from Yorkshire and Lancashire to Cumbria and the North East.

Tom Stade Rules is the Canadian comedian’s 16th stand-up hour and follows a sell-out and critically acclaimed run at the Edinburgh Fringe. The new show sees Stade tackle the absurdities of modern life, taking aim at everything from social conventions and cultural quirks to family life, marriage, identity and the realities of getting older. With more than 30 years in comedy, Stade remains one of the most recognisable names on the live circuit. Since moving to the UK in 2001, he has built a loyal following through his annual tours, television appearances and trademark audience interaction, which helps make every performance unique.

Northern dates on the tour begin with shows in Carlisle on 8 October, Leeds on 15 October, York on 16 October and Blackburn on 17 October. The tour returns to the region later in the year with performances in Lincoln on 25 November, Sheffield on 26 November and Newcastle on 6 December.

There are plenty more opportunities to catch the show in 2027. Stade will perform in Chorley on 2 April, Kendal on 3 April, Salford on 15 April, Nottingham on 25 April, Hull on 28 April, Bradford on 29 April and Helmsley on 30 April. The northern run concludes with dates in Keswick on 12 May and Barnard Castle on 13 May.
